Justin Owens (East Peoria, IL) is a junior majoring in Communication with a focus on Organization/Leadership. As a music minor, he finds special interest in covering the ensemble concerts and theater productions taking place each semester at Eureka, most of which he performs in as a singer, actor, or pianist.
